Matthew Leo is the owner of Leo Web Design. Matt has been developing websites since 1998, has developed over 100 websites and has helped clients realize an increase of sales through online marketing, some increasing in the 10’s of thousands per month. He has worked with many of Harrisburg and Central PA’s most respected businesses in developing, redesigning or improving their websites and online marketing plans.
